Whew! October is flying by and while I’m so ready for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas-BUT I just want time to slowwwww down. I LOVE the hustle and bustle of it all- but know that it goes by all too fast! With kids now, I just want to savor every moment with them and celebrate the holidays for as long as possible (xmas tree up until the end of January? yep!)

Some fun things we have done so far in October-

A pumpkin party! My sister-in-law came over and we had the best time carving and decorating pumpkins! Natalie loves her Aunt Danielle 🙂

this week, we’re hoping to get to a pumpkin patch with the kids!! bought the kiddos this cute shirt so they can match(of course I did!)

We have made pumpkin bread, pumpkin muffins, and have decorated enough pumpkins and finished pumpkin/Halloween crafts to last us until next year! haha!

BUT there is never too much holiday celebrating, so we will continue….

I’m hoping to try THIS recipe soon and THIS one too!! lots of crock pot cozy meals! 🙂
