I will never claim to be a makeup guru or someone that even buys a ton of makeup! However, I have a few staples that I use each day and LOVE! I used to get a birch box and discovered SO many great products from there! a few of my favs were from that subscription box!

First up, MASCARA. If I don’t do anything else- putting some mascara on at least makes me feel like my eyes look a little bit brighter and little less sleepy! ha!

My first fav is the Marcelle Xtension Plus Curl Mascara– this was a birch box find and I have been using this specific one for over 5 years now! I LOVE IT! it does not clump at all and it really elongates your lashes!

next up is an Amazon buy! Lash Princess! this thing has OVER 177k reviews!! This mascara takes a little time to dry but wow! it makes a big statement on your lashes!!

*I typically use the lash princess on my top lashes and the Marcelle on the bottom lashes( I know- so weird haha) but it works for me!

Next up, is something I use as an eyeshadow- it’s my Laura Gellar Illuminator! this stuff is amazing! you can use it on your eyes or your cheeks! adds a great little glow! The color I use is Gilded Honey!

Another favorite is my Tarte Cosmetics Glow wand! in color- Aglow! As you can see, I’m on my 4th tube of this. I use it a bit under my eyes and on my cheek bones for just a small amount of glow! It’s not overpowering at all and doesn’t make you look like a shiny disco ball!

Another Laura Gellar favorite is the Baked Balance-n-Brighten foundation! The color I use is Golden Medium & I have it in Tan. I love this bronzer because it seems to really blend with my skin! Just adds a really nice and light bronze color!

Next up is eyebrows! I use the Tarte eyebrow Frameworker Brow Pomade! I LOVE this stuff! I use a small angled brush with this for my brows and it lasts ALL DAY without being clumpy at all!!

Another brow option is the Maybelline Brow Tattoo peel-off tint. I have used this twice a few times so far- once a week and love it! put it on, leave for 30 mins, and then peel off! You do have to put it on pretty thick to get a good peel off! The color I used was Warm Brown

Next up- Tarte Shape Tape! now, this is a fan favorite on many accounts! However, I only use this in a VERY small amount for right under my eyes! In all honesty, when I tried to use this on my face as a full coverage type concealer- it was a bit cakey- BUT for coverage under my eyes and on little areas, it is perfect!!

One of my ALL TIME FAVORITE lip products is the Jouer Lip Enhancer! I am probably on my 15th tube of this stuff because I use it all…the…time! a little less now since we’ve been masked up, but still- this stuff is golden!! it is NOT sticky and gives your lips a beautiful shine andddd a little plumping!! for $17- it is a bit pricey for a tube- but SO worth it!

For face lotion- I have been using this Aveeno daily moisturizer for years!! love the smell of it, love the SPF, and I just overall have no complaints with this! I put this on first thing in the morning.

and last but not least- The Neutrogena Hydro Boost! this is something else that I have used for years and love it! it provides SUCH great moisture to your skin, but is absorbed easily and fast!!
